ITWSPS is a company of “Illinois Tool
Works, Inc.,” a corporation that is consistently present

corporations. Founded in 1912 and headquartered in Glenview,
Illinois, ITW develops
and produces highly engineered components, assemblies and
systems for customers around the world.

ITWSPS’s corporate headquarters located
in Glenview, IL, houses the marketing, sales and financial
operations. ITWSPS has a stretch film manufacturing facility
and two equipment manufacturing facilities servicing domestic
and international markets with two additional film plants
located in Belgium and Ireland.

Machine Manufacturing, Montreal, Canada
ITWSPS’s Stretch
Wrapping systems, along with several other models, are
produced in our Montreal manufacturing plant. This Canadian
facility serves the Canadian and American markets.

Film Manufacturing Facility, Douglasville, Georgia
 Strategically
located just outside Atlanta, Georgia, ITWSPS's Douglasville stretch
film manufacturing facility produces millions of pounds
of blown stretch film annually on state-of-the-art equipment.
The ISO 9002 certified facility adheres to strict quality control
procedures to assure customers always receive high quality,
trouble-free product.

Film Manufacturing Facility, Mauriceville, Texas
Crystal clear cast stretch
films are manufactured at an ITWSPS facility in Mauriceville,
Texas, about 100 miles from Houston. The plant produces
a variety of machine and hand stretch films using a sophisticated
5-layer extrusion process. The plant also has a Research
and Development lab equipped with the latest testing equipment.
